Projects and Partnerships with CareWorks NSW

Since 2005 CareWorks NSW has focused heavily on developing Church Partnerships with affiliated Churches of Christ churches and other Conference Ministry Teams. Our aim is to promote and encourage as many partnerships as possible with local churches. We see that through partnerships we can impact our communities with the gospel.

The reality to this is that we fulfill the true gospel of Jesus Christ by undertaking ministry to the poor, disadvantaged, disaster situations and local communities in need.

When clarifying what type of Church Partnership might be suitable for your church we ask you to consider the following three ways that can be undertaken:

a) Managed Projects - directly managed by CareWorks NSW

b) Auspiced Projects - managed by the local church in partnership with CareWorks NSW

c) Independent Projects - indirect projects partner by relationship and networking

In addition to these types of partnerships CareWorks NSW also notes that it is not possible to partner with Churches that have a separate legal company and or are incorporated associations where by they seek to utilise our Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status.
