Rhythms is an Op Shop in Seven Hills with a unique difference. Opened Monday to Saturday to selling second hand clothing is but only the beginning of the projects focus to aid the less fortunate in the community.

As a vital part of the community, Rhythms provides a place of solitude and security to many people in the community, whether it is for a quick cuppa and a chat or a place that can provide food parcels, financial assistance, or grief counseling, Rhythms is a place of safety and relationship and a helping hand.

Rhythms also holds regular craft groups, group care meetings, and regularly share meals together.
