Community Visitors Scheme
Pathways Community Church (Pendle Hill Church of Christ)
The Community Visitors Scheme seeks to provide companionship for residents of aged care homes who do not have regular visitors. A community Visitor is a volunteer who seeks to befriend a resident on a one-to-one basis.
